HELMUT FEST During his 30 years with EMI in such functions as CEO/President EMI-Music Europe for Germany, Austria and Switzerland, Senior-Vice President Artist Acquisition EMI-Europe, Vice-President A&R and Marketing EMI-Music world-wide (London) and Corporate VP International Capitol/EMI/United Artists in Los Angeles he has been responsible for the signing and/or marketing for such artists as Joe Cocker, Tina Turner, Talking Heads, Herbert Grönemeyer, Helmut Lotti, Chumbawamba, Falco and others. From 2006 to 2007, Fest returned to EMI Music Europe for a limited period as Chairman Germany/Austria/Switzerland. JÖRG BEUTTNER During 7 years with EMI in various marketing functions and as Head of A&R for Germany, he has been involved in the signing and/or marketing of such artists as Purple Schulz, Klaus Lage, EAV, The Moffatts, Worlds Apart, Maggie Reilly etc. Previously he was Head of A&R KICK.Music and Publishing where he was responsible for, among others, Pur and Pe Werner. BIRGIT KURTH is Geschäftsführer (MD) of Festplatte AG. She was 12 years with EMI-Music and was Director Corporate PR & Internal Communications for Germany/Austria and Switzerland.
